In this project, interns will perform customer segmentation to understand how different groups of customers behave and how businesses can serve them more effectively.

Using an approved customer transaction or behavioral dataset, the intern will explore customer characteristics, clean and prepare the data, engineer relevant features, and apply a suitable segmentation method.

Depending on the dataset, the intern may use Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (RFM) analysis, K-means clustering, or another justified segmentation approach. The selected method should match the available data and the project's analytical goals.

After creating customer segments, the intern must interpret the characteristics of each group, visualize the results, and recommend practical strategies for customer engagement, retention, and business growth.

The final submission should demonstrate a complete analytical workflow, from data preparation and methodology selection to segment interpretation, visualizations, and recommendations. The intern must explain the limitations of the analysis and avoid unsupported assumptions about customer behavior.
