### Overview The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST) provides competitive higher education scholarships annually across medicine, engineering, agriculture, forestry, science, and general faculties. ### Key Benefits - 100% or partial tuition fee waiver across constituent and community campuses. - Living allowance stipend for students from remote districts and marginalized communities. - Merit quota and inclusive reservation quotas (Dalit, Janajati, Madhesi, Disabled, Remote areas). ### Eligibility Requirements 1. Must be a citizen of Nepal. 2. Minimum GPA 2.8+ or second division in +2 or equivalent for Bachelor level. 3. Must have studied in public/community schools for secondary education (for reserved quota applicants). ### How to Apply Applications are opened online at the official MoEST portal (moest.gov.np). Candidates must submit citizenship certificate, marksheet transcripts, recommendation from local level, and admission voucher.

### About ICCR Scholarship The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and Embassy of India, Kathmandu invite online applications every year from Nepali citizens to pursue higher studies in Indian universities and institutes. ### Coverage & Stipend - 100% Tuition & University Examination Fees. - Hostel accommodation charges. - Monthly living allowance (INR 18,000 to INR 25,000 depending on course level). - Annual book grant and contingency allowance. ### Eligible Courses Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs in Engineering, Computer Science, Agriculture, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Humanities, and Performing Arts (excludes MBBS/BDS). ### Selection Process 1. Online registration at the A2A (Admissions to Alumni) portal. 2. English proficiency and aptitude screening test organized by the Embassy of India. 3. Seat allocation based on academic merit rank and university acceptance.
